With the advent of the ring roads embracing the immediate peripheries of Bangalore, we have already started to focus on building large residential layouts along these areas. With this objective, we offered a project of 150 Apartments, namely Regency Magnum, on Hennur Road. This project was sold out in 60 days. Other, larger projects of 6 to 10 acre developments are in the pipeline and are to be launched in the near future.
